Creating new IB records through WebADI is limiting to row 50

Trying to create 100's of new serialized record through WebADI but the worksheet is protected past row number 50. I need to be able to add more than 1000 lines to upload.

Even when I remove the protection on the worksheet and add thousands of new records. They don't get flagged. Instead of flag, there is oval shaped icon on it.
