Migration for portal framework application to portal builder

Hi All,

I am using portal framework application build on 11.1.1.6 .Now we are upgrading to portal builder 11.1.1.8 . Can any one suggest me the best practice for this.

I know I have to deploy taskflow as shared lib and used portal extension application.My question, is there any patch need to apply?

Is there document by oracle?
