Install RPAS 14.0 server and components and then Fusion Client....But getting error after login as No RPAS Solution is Available.

tried to Install POVIEW solution from the installation guide and getting error at the configure foundation stage....

configure-foundation:

     [xslt] Processing /U03/rpasfusion/tmp/config/rpas/Foundation.xml to /U03/rpasfusion/tmp/config/rpas/Foundation.xml.tmp

     [xslt] Loading stylesheet /U03/rpasfusion/xsl/Foundation.xsl

     [xslt] /U03/rpasfusion/xsl/Foundation.xsl:32:65: Error! XML-22000: (Error) Error while parsing XSL file (Error in expression: '/solutions/solution[name=$solutionId]'.). Cause: oracle.xml.xpath.XPathException: Error in expression: '/solutions/solution[name=$solutionId]'.
