Database View in Siebel

Our DBA's have created a database view.  It is strictly for some "back-end" queries that a support team needs to do (not to go too much into it but there are some columns that have security concerns around them so they want those columns excluded, and are creating a DB view for that).

They are asking us (Siebel developers) to import the DB view into Siebel Tools so that it is part of the repository and will be propogated to other environments.

I haven't found a lot of info on how to do this.   Does anyone have experience\knowledge in this area?
