Defaulting Inventory Org in Service Request creation form

Dear All,

Currently I am working on Oracle Depot Repair Release 12.2.

I am able to see the 'Inventory Org' field with some default organization name from the Service Request creation form. Can anyone guide me how to default the organization name into this field as it is new in Release 12.2.
