Tax related JE in GL module by EB Tax

Hello All,

Instance: R12.1.3

Requirement: Business has implemented GL, AP and EBTAX module for their UK operations.  So, from taxation standpoint, client follows VAT.  EBTAX is able to provide VAT tax details for "Input Tax" in AP module. 

For output tax business passes, manual TAX JE  in GL module.

Question:

1.) Does EBTAX provided tax information/services for manual JE created in GL module? If yes, then kindly provide document to do setups for the same.

2.) If EBTAX does not provide tax information for manual JE created in GL module, then provide alternate approach to satisfy requirment.
