Qualifier List grouping number issue

Hi,

I have a requirement to build a list qualifier for the modifier, I was able to set up the attribute mapping successfuly.

when we place an order sometimes modifier is not applying.  I was confused, how to assign the grouping number for multiple rule?

To accomplish this, if you have any other suggestion let me know.


1.Country = US

2.State DOES NOT EQUAL HI, AK, AE, AP

3.Business Line = Appareli, Consumer, Ecommerce, Institution, Jewelry, Pawn, Product - Other, Service - Other

4.Customer Category DOES NOT EQUAL National Jewelry Chain, Regional Jewelry Chain, National Pawn Chain, Regional Pawn Chain

5.Customer Competitor flag shoud be no.
