is it applicable to show Siebel smart script in contact list view without using Siebel tools and lin

I create pages, questions, answers under smart script and it's working fine from smart script applet,

I need to link this with contacts, so end user when select specific contact can execute IT and start recording the answers and to be linked with the selected contact after finishing and save, I am still not familiar with Siebel tools,

Is it applicable to show Siebel smart script in contact list view without using Siebel tools and link the saved answers with selected contact?
