Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 180 after 183 Message and no ringback tone when forwarded

Hi all,

My issues :

When i receive call from external to my extensions and this extensions is forwarded to my mobile the caller don't hear the ringback tone.

I have checked on logs and it seems that i receive a 183 Sessions in Progress and after a 180 Ringing.
