Enforcement-Profile and remarking Status Codes

I have an SBC (3820) acting as a proxy sitting between the internal PBX system(s) and our service-providers on the outside.  Session Agent peering is setup on both sides with OPTION pings configured for keep-alive.  When the server-provider(s) send an OPTION ping to the SBC, the OPTION is passed through (routed via a local-policy) the SBC to an end-point on the internal side.  The internal PBX responds to the OPTION ping with the standard 200 OK reply which is subsequently passed back to the service-provider.  I want to limit the exposure of these OPTIONS being passed through the SBC as I simply want
