Media Playback Fails in MBCD Errors

Hello,

 

A customer with E-SBC is experiencing one-way speech issues which are complicated to identify.

When running "show mbcd errors", I noticed that the "Media Playback Fails" and the "Exp Flow Events" have significant values. Media playback is configured and used in some scenarios.

 

Could these errors help solving the one-way speech issues? What should I check next?
