change request uri host to contact ip in RE-INVITE?

Hi I have integration where it is Cisco SME<->Avaya<->SM<->Acme<->Sip Provider

 

When an outbound call to the carrier is initiated from the Cisco, the cisco does not send a refresher thus requiring the SIP provider to send one back as UAS.  Cisco also does not sent a record-route of itself.

 

As INVITE traverses to the Acme, the initial INVITE that is routed to the ACME has the contact header IP of the Cisco SME.

When the carrier sends a RE-INVITE, the RURI of the REINVITE is changed to the IP of the Avaya SM.  Because the Cisco failed to send a record-route, a loop scenario is ultimated created due to the REINVITE host of the URI being the same IP of the Avaya SM. and the REINVITE never makes it downstream to the Cisco and causes the call to drop.
