problem to sip connection

we are connected to Avaya Merdian CS1000 to acme and calls in pstn->to-acme->meridian is work well

but the out calls do not work (Merdian ->acme->pstn)

 

i think that the error is in that

send +4912345678@doimain.com  and examble aseterisk/lync send ip-add, ,,, how i can fix that ?
