Can I limite the length of to-address in local policy?

Hi everyone,

 

I want to route calls with 9 to 11 digits of called number to a session-agent, can I do it using local policy? For example, if I call sip:1234567890@1.1.1.2, it will route the call, but if you dial sip:12345678 or 12345678901234@1.1.1.2, it will fail.
