Codec Packetization Change on 6.4.0 MR-5

I am unable to find the packetization comand since our upgrade to 6.4.0 MR-5. I am trying to change the rate from the default 30ms to 20ms on G711 for a customer. I seem to recall it being under the codec-policy, but I do not see the option. Any help is much appreaciated! Here are my options below. I did read through the 6.4.0 configuration guide... but did not find the configuration example where the change was made. Thanks everyone!

name                   name of the codec-policy
allow-codecs        specify which codecs to allow
order-codecs        specify the order of the codecs
select                  select a codec-policy to edit
