Is local-policy used for In-Dialog messages?

Hi,

We are running net-net 3820 SCX630 in a peering configuration with local-policy based realm bridging.

PEER1 -------- SBC ---------- CORE

Peer side configuration:
Realm: OutsideToPeer
SA: Peer_SA

Core side configuration:
Realm1: InsideToCore1
SA1: Core_SA1

Realm2: InsideToCore2
SA2: Core_SA2

Local Policy 1
From: *
To: *
Ingress Realm: InsideToCore1
Next Hop: Peer_SA
Egress Realm: OutsideToPeer

Local Policy 2
From: *
To: *
Ingress Realm: OutsideToPeer
Next Hop: Core_SA2
Egress Realm: InsideToCore2

When we have a Call from Core to Peer the INVITE uses "Local Policy 1" and the call is established correctly.
During the call Peer send a re-INVITE (in-dialog) to put the call on hold. According to "Local Policy 2" session agent Core_SA2 should be used but this does not happen.

Howdy, Stranger!
