Need configuration help for Emergency Telecommunications Service(ETS) on Peering SBC

We are trying to set up labs to activate the  Emergency Telecommunications Service(ETS) for our peering SBC. This to give priority treatment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness (NSEP) communications for IP

network infrastructures.

 

This is very first time we are testing this feature. Need some basic guide line on how to do it and how to test it. Any help will be really appriciated.
