overlapping to-address in local-policy

Hi guys

little question since i cannot test in this moment on my equipment , let's say we have 3 local policy configured with those to-address (for abbreviation i add only the from and to ) :

for istance a call with a request-uri of  0003955667788@test.it will match lp 1, right  ? the logic of sbc is to match the more specific dialed digit i suppose 

i've this little doubt
