Load balancing Verint Recorders

Hi all,

 

I'm integrating a 4500 SBC with three Verint recorders using Session Replication for Recording license. The idea is using Recorder1 and Recorder2 as active recorders and Recorder3 as backup recorder.

 

To do this I've configured two call-recording-server objects, one with Recorder1 as primary and Recorder3 as secondary, and the other one with Recorder2 as primary and Recorder3 as secondary.

 

My problem now is that I don't know how to tell the SBC to balance the recording traffic between both recorders for one single realm.

 

I was following an Acme Packet Interoperability guide with Verint which says  you need to create a session-agent for every recorder and a session-group to balance the recordings, but I don't know how to use the session-group as a call-recorder.
