SBC Peer IPSEC tunnel

Hi I need to understand how could I create IPSec tunnel (mannual key) from SBC to Cisco Firewall. Our peering partner has gateway which is behind Firewall on private network. If there is any good BCP or example illustrating all steps required would be great. Oracle (acmepacket) support has already confirmed that SBC has all necessary hardware to support IPSec tunnel, therefore now its a matter of right configuration.
