Sip payload IP

I have a generic question in a SIP environment

 

I have a firewall doing natting for me for my core side and then SBC making the routing decisions based the Local policies out to the Providers

 

My question is ,when a packet comes to the SBC from the firewall and then the SBC passes it across does it change the payload ip to the natted ip its coming from ,or keeps the payload information intact in the SIP headers
