Routing to multi VPBXs

Hi guys 

one of my customer has installed several VPBXs around 200 , the idea is to route signaling based of the domain address .  Each domain (for example domain1.it , domain2.it ecc) is resolved from DNS to the same public ip address that will be configured on the access side of the SBC , so public endpoint will register through SBC .

What i want to do is to configure 2 realms , one for access and one for the backbone where all the PBXs reside (configuring one session agent for each PBX) , then configure several local-policy that i need for example :

 

from   *

to     domain1.it
