HMRs required for Avaya Session Manager 6.2 to Cisco UCM 9.1 interop via NN 3820 SBC

Has anyone ever integrating SIP trunks between Avaya Session Managers (for Avaya Communication Manager PABXes) and Cisco Unified Communication Manager via a Net-Net SBC ? My guess is that both Avaya and Cisco will have different flavours of SIP that we will need the SBC to normalise via Header Manipulation Rules being applied on each realm ?

 

Rather than reinvent the wheel, I figure that there must be some application notes/sample HMRs and advice out there from someone that has done similar integration with the 2 big VoIP PBX providers. If so, it'd be great if you could share this knowledge, as I've not found anything specific online (application notes, etc.).
