Problem with Media and NAT

Hi,

 

I have a problem with the media. I have no audio.

I have a sipphone at home and I connect to the SBC.


My sipphone has a private IP address, the first firewall NAT in public IP address. 
The second firewall receives and NAT in private IP address and send on the private IP address of the SBC.
Here's a little diagram:

SIP communication works but not the RTP.
