Inbound call from ASTERISK drops at 15min when re-invite is sent (420 bad extension) - need HMR

Call fails due to the setting Require:timer in the re-invite, then my SBC responds with a 420 Bad Extension.  I built an HMR to replace Require:timer setting to supported, however calls are still dropping at exactly 15 minute when the re-invite comes.  Has me wondering if I built this HMR incorrectly?

 

Also note - I am unable to change anything from the ASTERISK ... None at all
