Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. configuration "sec-gateway " in network-interface

I noticed there is a configuration "sec-gateway" in network-interface ,it explained to be the gateway for secondary SD .

Does that mean the secondary SD will be in unhealthy state in HA mode if sec-gateway is not configured .
