the throughput of each Network Interface Port

A NN4500 has 4 Port GiGE  and each Port  transmits  frames at a rate of 1000Mbits per second.

if a  Voip session  transmits(send and receive)  RTP packets at a rate of 24.68Kbytes per second , regardless of license capacity ,the maximum sessions each port supports is about 5064  (1000*1000/8/24.68). is it right ?
