Integration of Acme Packet SBC with Cisco Voice Portal
Hi All
I need your help to understand the challenges / concerns when deploying Acme Packet SBC in Cisco Contact Center environment. I have tried to find online documentation but so far no luck. I hope you will be able to help
Following is the scenario:
Verizon SIP Trunks --> Acme Packet SBC --> Cisco Voice Portal (IVR treatments, self service etc and if the caller selects "Zero-out" to live agent --> CVP will communicate with ICM --> Finally the call will be routed to the agent
