Forking calls in IP PBX but would like to use SBC

Hi All,

We currently use a feature in our Avaya PBX called EC500 to fork calls to Lync which enables our users to answer the call either at their Avaya desk phone or their Lync client. As we move to SIP Trunks next month I would like to accomplish this in our Acme 3820's. Since the calls currently ride in via T1/PRI's that are attached to the PBX media gateways using the PBX to fork the calls to Lync made sense but once we move the numbers to our SIP trunks this will mean the call comes in to the Avaya PBX

Howdy, Stranger!
