Existing SIP Service and Point One DID to Lync

I have an existing SIP service from the carrier and I am trying to take one number of my DID and point it to Lync for testing.  I though I would just have to create a local-policy and do a next hop to teh mediation server.  Guess not!  Can anyone point me in the righ direction.  The deployment guide is from begining to end and I'm not sure where to take an existing servie and point one number.

 

Local Policy is the following:
