log.sipd message meaning

Hello,

 

What is this type of message telling me? Wasn't sure what the "no request in socket" meaning is. These are 4500 SR's and we use lrt's for SAG selection based on the E164 destination.

 

Oct  1 08:19:19.625 [DNS] Query 29718 NAPTR:13143650557.;server=vzw-fqdn.;type=E
164 no request in socket
