unidirectional SIP trunk

I want to configure unidirectional trunk. I want to send traffic to TPO, but I do not want to receive anything. Minimum constraint on session agent is: max-inbound-sessions 1.

Is it possible not to implement local-policy for incoming traffic to solve this issue.

What is the best practice in terms of security?
