Health score of a single SD

Hi,

 

In our customers' lab we are usisg a single 4500 i.s.o a HA pair. Is there a way to check the health-score for a single node? 

 

We defined access and core network-interfaces with gw-heartbeat. For instance; if there is a connectivity issue on one of the the access network-interface we would like to be aware of it. For HA pair we are using  #show health command but it is only for HA pair SD's.
