Route Policy Attributes Recursion question

Any assistance with this is appreciated.

 

I am trying to stop recursion on a Route Policy Attribute for specific response codes. I see that i can set "Terminate Recursion" to enabled on the Route Policy Attribute but it seems to be for all SIP response codes. For example it recurses on a 404 and i would like to stop that.

 

The first Route Policy is associated to a SAG group whose members are using OPTION keep alives initiated on the SA to determine status of the far end IP (call then SA1 and SA2). Each SA IP within the SAG is added to the realm Access List.
