Redundancy routing

Hi Community!

 

 

I'm looking for a way to have a two session-agents on a outgoing trunk: one as main SA, and the other as backup.

The handicap today is: no Load-Balancing or Advanced Routing licenses.

 

So, the classic way to do this (for me, at least) is to create a SAG and use the Hunt policy to check for the first SA, and if it is not available, then change to the second SA. I thought on a workaround: two policies with two cost attributes, but no Advancing Routing.

 

Probably I'm passing something by, because it seems a very basic feature to need a Load-Balance license for it.
