2833 configurations on ACME NET 4500

Hi..

 

Needed some help in debugging a customer complaint regarding DTMF.

Customer SIP PBX - Cisco

Softswitch - Huawei

 

Customer sends INVITE with telephony event but ACME drops this when sending the INVITE to Softswitch.

Tried various combinations of rfc2833 mode. When Preferred was selected, SBC responds to the PBX with telephony event but still doesnt send it to Softswitch. At one point I did see INFO messages from the SBC.

 

We would prefer a transparent configuration where the ACME passes the information sent by PBX,

 

What other configurations are involved to support 2833.
