Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. no redundancy protocol process running

I have deployed 3 pair of 3820 HA . all of them have the same redundancy configuration .

but one of them can't run normally . the output of " show health" is "no redundancy protocol process running " .

and the output of " notify berpd force " is " no such task ".
