Questions regarding Session Constraints

Hello,

 

I have a question concerning the parameters "Sustain-Rate", "Sustain-Rate Window" and "Burst-Rate", "Burst Rate Window" in the session-constraints profile:

 

What is exactly the difference between these parameters and how are they working? It would be great if someone could give me an example for the feature functionality.

 

Another question is regarding the "Retry-After" header that is generated in the 503 response when the session-constraints thresholds are exceeded: Is there any parameter in the SBC (SD4500/SD9200) that prevents that the Retry-After header is included in the 503 or is it only possible to strip this header with an HMR?
