OptionsResponseLocally sip-manipulation

Hi 

 

I am using OptionsResponseLocally sip-manipulation at the moment for SBc to reply 200 locally. I would like to have this a global setting rather than attaching it as an in-manipulation id on every sip-int/realm. Is there any way i can add this as a sip-config globally or an options on the realm rather than wasting an in-manip ?
