Routing: Route by number of digits dialed

Hi community!

 

 

There is not the first time that we face this problem:

"Route based on the number of digits dialed".

 

We usually get the workaround adding an HMR inbound and another one outbound, adding some kind of prefix, or also adding some enterprise trunking.

 

But we are facing now a H323 trunk, so we can not add a HMR for SIP manipulations.

 

Anybody knows a way to route in base of this pattern?
