NN4500 doesn't response to continuous OPTIONS from Carrier

Hi , the device of Carrier sends continuous "OPTIONS" (about every 20 seconds) to NN4500 for detecting its availabilty . NN4500 responsed the first "OPTIONS"with "200 OK"  ,however ,it responses nothing to the after"OPTIONS" ,which results in Carrier  regarding NN4500 as out of service.

please give me help
