SBC does not reply to INFO message when Caller hides his number

Hi everyone!

 

Here's the problem. A caller is somewhere behind Nortel SSW, the callee is connected to BroadWorks SSW through the ACME SD 4250. Nortel is connected to BroadWorks through the same ACME. During a call setup Nortel SoftSwitch sends INFO messages to ensure t.38 annex d capability. When caller from Nortel does not use privacy - ACME responds with 404 Not Found, but when the caller "hides" his number (privacy=full) ACME does not reply to INFO, and after several repetitions of original INFO message - ACME responds with "481 Unknown Dialog".
