call between two ua in same realm

Hello, i have recently configured a sip access config in my company, the sbc is in front of our switch, we have noticed that when two ua registered in the same realm, the call never touches our switch so no cdr are generated, this is creating troubles because we dont offer free calls between our customers, looking at the sessions i see the call routed into the seam realm, ej:
