Call routing by Telephone Number
Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the site and learning SBC. So sorry if my questions seem newbie'ish.
I am trying to figure out the best way to route calls based on telephone number coming into our site. Currently we have all our SIP calls coming in and routing over to one PBX via SBC. I am in the process of integrating Lync for voice conferencing. I have ordered a new number from our provider and would like that number to point that number directly to our Lync server instead of the PBX. Just not sure how to go about it. Do I do this a a local-policy or is there a different method I should be looking
