We have an ACME 3800.

We have two customer in different realm, but this customer have the same IP Address in your CUCM Publisher and Subscriber.

So, we need configure two session agent with the same Hostname and same IP address but different realm.

We have the following:

SBCBmxHCS(session-agent)# show
session-agent
        hostname                       172.31.1.254
        ip-address                     172.31.1.254
        port                           5060
        state                          enabled
        app-protocol                   SIP
        app-type
        transport-method               StaticTCP
        realm-id                       rlm_BMX_VPN_HCS

I tryed to configure this:

SBCBmxHCS(session-agent)#         hostname                       172.31.1.254
SBCBmxHCS(session-agent)#         ip-address                     172.31.1.254
SBCBmxHCS(session-agent)# realm-id rlm_HCS_SBC2_G729_WX_WR
SBCBmxHCS(session-agent)# done
error 409 saving session agent
SBCBmxHCS(session-agent)#

But, as you can see, we have error 409.

Howdy, Stranger!
