Interworking of DTMF delivery mode

Hi ,guys ! I'm now dealing with a tough problem  related to  DTMF  .

The IVR of Enterprise supports only RFC 2833 to deliver telephone-event  .however ,Carrier  deliver the DTMF with "in-band" method. so ,The IVR cannot identify the DTMF  correctly.

what  NN4500  can do to solve this problem ?  Is  "SIP-KPML to RFC 2833 conversion"in configuration guide   used to clear this kind problem ? Thanks for your reply.
