ARP failure alarm

Hi all,

 

Hope you all are doing fine. I am observing "Cam Operation Failure, Err Code 0xffffffff, Err: ARP database lookup failed" alarm on sbc and sbc health is down to 0 due to this alarm. Expert help is required to clear the alarm and to bring the health back to 100. This is standby system while active system is running fine without any alarms and with 100 health. Thanks
