About SBC security policies and priorities (for SIP trunking)

edited Mar 8, 2013 4:16PM in Acme Packet (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

Hi all,

I have a scenario with several SIP trunking customers, which all will be using own realm/SIP-interface and TLS/SRTP encryption. A couple of questions:

  • How should I configure security policy element in such enviroment?

  • Is it possible to use shared security policies (one for TLS and one for SRTP) for all customers or should I create 2 policies for each customer?
If customer specific policies are needed, how should I configure priority parameters?
It seems that I can have only 1 security policy element with e.g. priority 1.

Since this is in planning phase, no running-config can be provided.

Howdy, Stranger!
