Disabling Calling Party ID [CPID] to a session-agent

Need a little help with a test call scenario I am working with a Microsoft partner on... They are wanting the inbound CPID disabled. Looking through the docs I did not find a config to do this exactly, I am sure I could accomplish this with HMR but wondering if there is something I can do on the session-agent level to disable delivery of calling party name and number and push it as anonymous.
