KPML-Interworking feature

I am trying to get the KPML-Interworking feature to work.  For the session, one side needs to use KPML and the other side needs to use 2833 DTMF.  However, once the SD gets the Subscribe Message, it just passes it through to the other side that doesn't support KPML, which then responds back with 405 Method Not Allowed.  ACME then passes this to the SA that needs KPML, and DTMF doesn't work.

How do I get the interworking to function?  I have the following configured:

SIP-interface needing KPML:

   kpml-inteworking enabled

SIP-interface needing 2833:

   kpml-inteworking disabled

SA needing KPML:

   kpml-interworking enabled

SA needing 2833:

   kpml-interworking inherited

Howdy, Stranger!
